Very nice staff support, especially when I needed a charger. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options that kept me satisfied each morning.
There were noise disturbances from the street , affecting my sleep quality .

friendly personnel, there are Russian speakers. room is cozy, clean venue, furniture in classic style. breakfasts are amazing. Everything was great, i recommend to everyone!

The breakfast spread was enjoyable and satisfying.
The restaurant food was subpar on arrival, and the hamburger I received was nearly raw, revolting. The experience was marred by a foul sewer gas smell that pervaded the lobby area, especially on our last day. Noise disturbances from guests above us added to the discomfort, resulting in little sleep .

Great value place, I enjoyed caring personnel.
The breakfast was extensive and full cooked with the thinnest bread I 've ever eaten, and all the food was tasty. The superior queen room was brand-new and extremely pleasant with a bath. The location was convenient for exploring this fairly quiet area, near Wenceslas square Christmas Market and the very useful 22 tram and also underground system. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Hotel offers nice room (with free Internet access), very good breakfast, has nice small bar inside. Car parking is available in front of hotel, good approach from and to major road. Located in range of 15 minutes of walking from major sightseens. Can be very fair option for city trip if you are willing to walk.

Good location --- 5 mins walk from the metro station I.P. Pavlova. 15 mins walk to the Musuem, Mustek area.
No smiling face from the two female receptionist.
